Stir-Fried Spicy Baby French Beans

French beans are sweet, tender and wonderfully crispy. Stir fried with spicy sambal, it is a popular dish in local “zhi cha” stalls. You can change the spicy black bean paste to spicy sambal, add a few pieces of prawn would make for a very different presentation. My “Big Girl” Anna loves this dish.
