Pasta (Spaghetti Mushroom Ragout)

As an Asian, no matter how good I cook pasta, the Italian Chef would comment that I could not cook it as good or as authentic as him. I tried my best as I believed if “I understood the ingredient” properly I would be able to do the best pasta I can.My experiences told me it would never go wrong by following the instructions on the packaging. Do not rush when cooking pasta. If it states 6 minutes to cook 200 grams of pasta, just follow the recipe! Remember to add salt into the boiling water to bring up the taste of the pasta.
