Glass Noodle Peanut “Gochujang” With Baby Pear

I learned to make Japchae (Korean glass noodle stir fry) in a Korean restaurant. A hot summer afternoon, I decided to try out this wonderful Korean glass noodles in a different way, by serving it cold. Mixed with Korean Gochujang Chili Paste and grilling a baby pear to go with it. A cool delicious lunch for a hot day.
