Duo of Beef (Braised & Pan Grilled)

I acquired an in-depth knowledge of beef while working at Jack’s Place. Most people in Singapore like to eat grilled sirloin steak. I made a plate of beef in two flavours, grilled and simmered, so that guests could enjoy the different tastes of beef. Before serving the beef steak, rest the meat so it absorbs all the juices, it will taste much better.
