Crab Bisque

Lobster Bisque was another high demand western soup when I was a cook in a western restaurant. One day, we ran out of lobster and had to find a replacement. So, crab, the second larger marine crustacean came to my mind. That was how my humble crab bisque came by. Crab is as tasteful as lobster, and it is much cheaper!
